These three properties were acquired for a total $6.1 million.
This transaction includes the acquisition of co-ownership interests in seven industrial and mixed-use properties.
These six properties were acquired for a total of $26.4 million.
Cominar acquired the remaining interest in industrial and mixed-use properties located in Montreal that were previously co-owned. Cominar, as a result of this acquisition transaction, is now the sole owner of these income properties. The purchase price amounted to $18.3 million.
These two properties were acquired for a total $23.0 million.
