is the largest commercial property owner and manager in
the province of Quebec. Our real estate portfolio includes 213 high
quality office, retail, and industrial and mixed-use buildings in
the Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa regions.
Cominars many
strengths include the following:
A real estate portfolio diversified among
three sectors of activity and three geographical areas, providing
high and stable occupancy rates
A trustworthy and highly motivated team
with in-depth knowledge of and extensive experience with the commercial
real estate market
Fully integrated inhouse management to
perfectly align management and trustee interests with those of
unitholders
A solid track record of operational and
financial performance
A strong financial position that allows
it to capitalize on acquisition and development opportunities
Cominar is also one of the very few Canadian
REITs where management and trustees hold more than 20% of outstanding
units. This long-term commitment helps ensure the REITs stability
and the solid growth of its real estate portfolio.
