Investor relations

We allocate part of our distributable income to unitholders in the form of monthly cash distributions. Only a portion of unitholder distributions is taxable. The table below provides the relevant details for each fiscal year, as determined by Cominar.

On March 1rst, 2022, Cominar declared and paid a special distribution, by issuing units to each unitholder, for the equivalent of $7,12520 per unit. The tax treatment of this special distribution is as follows: 77.93% is a capital gain and 22.07% is a reduction in adjusted cost base.
