A strong, well-rounded portfolio

Our portfolio consists of 430 high-quality office, retail and industrial properties, totalling 38.4 million square feet, located in Quebec and Ontario. The value of our assets currently stands at $6.9 billion.

Established in 1998, Cominar REIT is an unincorporated closed-end investment trust whose units are publicly traded and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol CUF.UN.

We are proudly committed to maximizing unit value and providing our unitholders with growing cash distributions that are sustainable over the long term. These distributions are payable monthly and tax-deferred when applicable.

This requires a flexible, prudent approach to growth, operational risk and debt management, which is achieved through the acquisition, construction, redevelopment and expansion of properties with potential for greater unitholder ROI, as well as through the proactive management of our portfolio with a view to increasing occupancy rates and net rental revenues.

That is why we have invested in the development of management information systems to give our leasing and property management professionals access to timely and comprehensive data on our buildings. These systems are continuously updated and expanded, thus enabling our teams to reconfigure existing space with ease and estimate improvement costs more quickly and accurately.
