a It will be the third Avril to open within Cominar Retail portfolio, after Espace Bouvier in 2016 and DUO | Centre Laval in 2018.

“We are very pleased to complete yet another project with Avril, Quebec’s largest independent organic food and natural products grocery chain,” said Marie-Andrée Boutin, Cominar’s Executive Vice President, Retail and Chief Development Officer. “Avril’s human-centric approach fully aligns with our strategic plan to turn our malls into everyday destinations adapted to Quebecers’ new shopping habits. We are delighted to welcome Avril to Place de la Cité and wish them every success.”
