Cominar Announces New SAQ at the Carrefour Lachenaie

Cominar is pleased to announce the official opening of a new SAQ branch at the Carrefour Lachenaie in Terrebonne. This 3,240-square-foot store stocks some 1,100 products selected for the local market.

The space features a new store concept that includes a sales area and optimized retail furniture, as well as greater use of ecoresponsible materials in keeping with SAQ’s environmental criteria. This branch is the first of its kind in Cominar’s retail portfolio. 

“We are delighted to have completed a ninth project with the SAQ,” stated Cominar Leasing - Retail Vice President Sébastien Dubois. “This branch will enhance our local service offering and inspire our customers with a shopping experience that goes far beyond the ordinary.”
