The Décathlon Sports Festival to Stop by Mail Champlain and DUO Centre Laval

This June, learn about a variety of different sports for free during the Festival des sports, held at Mail Champlain and DUO Centre Laval.

The Décathlon Sports Festival is a free event, open to everyone. With family or friends, it's a great opportunity to learn about dozens of different sports: kayaking, golf, archery, basketball, soccer, volleyball, combat sports, and much more! Supervision will be provided by partner coaches and local sports associations. Everything has been arranged for you to spend a friendly, enjoyable time, marked by sharing and emotion.

"We are pleased to host this Sports Festival in two of our shopping centers," explains Jacques Gladu, Senior Director, Property Management, Cominar. "You don't have to be a competitive athlete to attend the festival: this event is designed for everyone so that our visitors can have a memorable time. Our hope is that these two events will create connections with sports associations and energize the regions where we do business."

"It's such a pleasure to launch the Sports Festival," says Lou Oudelet, Sports Festival Leader. "This unique family-friendly event will give everyone a chance to experience a host of new sports with local organizations and coaches. As well, it's completely free! Decathlon's mission is to make sport and its benefits accessible to as many people as possible. In this regard, finding your new favourite sport will be a breeze at the Sports Festival.
