The wait is over—bonap, Alexis Nihon’s brand-new food court, is now open!
Completely reimagined, bonap is more than a food court. It’s a place where people can pause, connect, and savour tasty moments in a fresh, welcoming environment.
“The creation of this new food court represents a significant investment for Cominar,” said Marie-Andrée Boutin, Chief Development and Real Estate Operations Officer at Cominar. “Beyond strengthening the centre’s appeal within Montreal’s retail landscape, it also contributes to the vitality of the neighbourhood.”
A Taste for Everyone
The expanded food court now brings together 13 restaurants, offering a world of flavours—from Asian-inspired dishes to Mediterranean favourites.
Ten restaurants are already open:
Three more — Emilia, Manchu Wok, and Roll’V — will join them in early 2026.
A Design Made to Create Many Tasty Moments
Bathed in natural light, the new design combines refined materials, natural textures, and lush greenery to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Ceilings have been raised, the space has been opened onto the mezzanine, and food counters have been streamlined to let each restaurant’s brand shine.
Designed with sustainability in mind, bonap features waste-sorting stations, smart lighting, and the Solucycle food waste recovery system— all of which help reduce its environmental footprint..
At any time of day, visitors will find a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal or take a moment to relax.
