Cominar Receives the Gold Parity Certification
Cominar is now officially Gold Parity certified by Women in Governance! After renewing our Bronze certification for several years, we are now seeing tangible, measurable progress. The initiatives implemented to advance gender equity are truly bearing fruit.

Among the indicators evaluated by Women in Governance as part of the certification process, we’re especially proud to highlight that our numbers reflect real, steady movement toward parity. Promotions and hiring decisions across different levels are increasingly balanced.
