A cheque for $160,000 for Opération Enfant Soleil Telethon

Cominar was present at the Opération Enfant Soleil Telethon on June 17 to donate a cheque for $160 000, resulting from the very first edition of La forêt d’étoiles Cominar. “It’s a cause that is close to our hearts, so it was only natural to contribute. We are already working on the next edition,” explained Caroline Lacroix, Vice President, Communications and Marketing. 

At the end of the evening, the thousands of donations and hundreds of fundraisers added up to a total amount of $20,057,478 that will be distributed to major paediatric centres, regional hospitals and organizations across the province for the wellness of sick children.
