Mail Montenach Will Host the World’s First Light Electric Hydroplane as of February 28

The Mail Montenach, a Cominar property, is presenting a great family activity free of charge, just in time for spring break! From February 28 to March 6, come discover the world’s first light electric hydroplane!

Québec Aéronature aviation experts are looking forward to seeing you and introducing this unique hydroplane that will be launched later this year. You will be able to chat with the aviators on-site, explore the aircraft’s cockpit, even take a selfie in the pilot’s seat and much more! We also have large posters to explain this unique project and a mannequin to showcase the equipment of a hydroplane pilot (with headphones, flotation jacket, etc.).

“We are very pleased to welcome Québec Aéronature aviators and the world’s first light electric hydroplane,” says Marie-Andrée Boutin, Executive Vice President, Retail and Chief Development Officer for Cominar. “Our goal is to transform our shopping centres into proximity destinations, where people can enjoy themselves and have fun every day. Our teams in each of our centres nurture this proximity on a daily basis, notably through the organization of special events such as this exhibition.”

To reserve your visit:

In order to avoid wait lines and to ensure everyone’s safety, meetings will be offered by appointment only (limited availability, maximum 10 people per appointment).

  • Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time at the exhibition entrance (in the central courtyard, near entrance 2).
